7. The cool down mode will be complete when the unit reaches
160°F (approximately 20-35 min, depending on what temperature
the cycle was run at). It will beep several times, the light will turn
green, and the display will return to ----.
Note: You may press the red button to stop the beeping, the display will
return to the default time. It is then safe to remove the lid.
Stopping the Unit Mid-Cycle
If at any time during the process you need to stop the unit, press the red
button for 3 seconds and the unit will reset itself.
CAUTION: The unit is
still HOT, please wait for it to cool down before you touch it.
Note: The silicone cover that is on the thermostat at the bottom of
the unit should remain in place during use. It will protect the
container so it doesn’t get scratched and keep the unit quiet.
CLEANING
WARNING: Do NOT submerge ANY part of the unit in water.
Main Unit
• Wait for the unit to fully cool before cleaning any part of the unit.
• Wipe the inside or outside surface with a damp rag to clean any
part of the main unit.
Lids & Containers
• These are all dishwasher safe or can be cleaned by hand with a
mild dish washing soap.
