1.14 Fish cleaning and disinfecting
Pressing this icon you can select one of the following fish cleaning and disinfecting cycles:
- blast chilling
- temperature maintenance for a set up time
- maintenance with a set up temperature
The user can set up all the parameters.
In the initial screen it is possible to decide the cell temperature and
the temperature at the heart of the product (spike probe). With the
arrows at the top of the screen it is possible to switch from different
phases of the fish cleaning to visualize/modify the temperature
parameters and the ones of the duration of the maintenance and of
the preservation phase temperature.
After the selection of the function, you will see a screen with the
parameters set up by the user.

Start
start the fish cleaning cycle.
During the implementation of a fish cleaning cycle, the device will
show the temperature at the end of the blast chilling, the setpoint
during the process and the blast chilling duration.
The fish cleaning cycle starts with the blast chilling phase. When
the temperature measured by the spike probe reaches the tem-
perature of the end of the blast chilling, the device automatically
passes to the maintenance.
When the set up time for the maintenance runs out, the device
automatically switches to the preservation phase.
