TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM

The unit does
not respond
(no power).
AC power cord is not plugged
into a wall outlet
Plug the AC power cord into a wall
outlet.
Wall outlet is not functioning.
Plug another device into the same
outlet to confirm the outlet is
working.
POWER Switch in the OFF
position
Press the POWER ON/OFF switch
to the ON position
Unit is ON but
there is low or
no volume
Unit is not connected to external
Hi-Fi/Amplifier
Connect the external
Hi-Fi/Amplifier
The Built-in speaker /Line out
switch is selected at “line out”
position
Slide the Built-in speaker/line out
switch
Sound is
distorted.
Volume level is set too high
Decrease the volume
Bluetooth no
connection
Connection error
Try to disconnect the Bluetooth
device and re-connect with the
below procedures:
Press and hold PLAY?PAUSE
BUTTON (#15) for a few seconds.
The BLUETOOTH LED
INDICATOR (#8) will flash. The
SB6059 will go into
Pairing/Discoverable mode.
Turn on the Bluetooth function of
the device you want to link to and
enable the search or scan function
to find the SB6059.
Select "SB6059" from the device
list when it appears on your device
screen. If required, enter the pass
code “0000” to pair (link) SB6059
with your device.
