When using a specimen holder, 3 specimens need to be prepared at
a time. These specimens should have approximately the same size
and hardness to avoid uneven grinding.

Place the specimen holder in the levelling device and tighten the
screw on the side to fix the holder in position.

Insert the specimens into the openings and clamp them by
tightening the screw.

Insert the head with the specimen mover plate in
Prepamatic-2.

Press START

and the process will be carried out
automatically.
Using the Specimen Holder
IMPORTANT
Select screws of the correct length. Screw that are too long may stick out
from the specimen holder and result in collisions with parts of Prepamatic-2
during operation.
