Turn knob to go the column

If the, user defined, surface is abrasive (contains
abrasive grain) select Abrasive.
If the surface does not contain abrasive grain. e.g. a
polishing cloth select Non-abrasive.
Push knob to chose one of the two
options.
If ABRASIVE was selected, abrasive dosing will be set to OFF.
If NON-ABRASIVE was selected, the suspension to be used can
be selected under Grit/Grain, a lubricant can be chosen under
Lubricant, and the level for both Abrasive and Lubricant dosing
can be adjusted.
Disc cooling can be adjusted in steps from 0 to 5. If cooling is
turned off the setting will be 0 and the maximum setting is 5.
The contrast settings of the display can be adjusted for maximum
readability.
The language can be set to English, German, French, Spanish or
Japanese.
The factory setting of some parameters can be restored by
pressing the function key
F1
when the appropriate value is
highlighted.
