Intended Use
The Strongway 4000-Lb. Web Strap Puller is a versatile multi-purpose work tool for pulling, stretching,
and moving heavy loads. It can also be used for industrial maintenance and repair. The puller has a
heat-treated steel frame, a double steel gear construction, 2 hooks, and an 8 ft. x 1 in. ratchet strap. It
has a 4000 lb. capacity.
