BEFORE GRILLING
- Before using the grill for the first time, wash the grill with warm water.
- Always use grill or kitchen gloves for grilling.
- Use only suitable long-reaching barbecue accessories (pliers, tillers).
- The grill lighter (dry or liquid) must meet the requirements of DIN-EN 1860-3 standard.
- Keep away from hot parts because any contact can cause burns.
AFTER GRILLING
- Wait until the charcoal and grill cool down completely.
- Remove the cooled ash and regularly clean the grill before each use.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Using a brush remove the grill food residues.
- Always clean the grill with warm water.
STORAGE
- The equipment must be protected from moisture and adverse weather.
- If necessary, cover the equipment with a suitable cover after it has cooled down.
