TURN OFF
1. 1. Press and turn the flow regulator to the "PILOT" position
2. Press and turn the flow regulator to the "OFF" position
3. Close the valve on the gas cylinder.
TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
THE IGNITION SPARK IS OFF
FLOW REGULATOR IS
COMPRESSED IN THE "PILOT"
POSITION
Improperly positioned lighter
electrode Replace or position the igniter
electrode correctly
Broken lighter electrode Replace the igniter electrode
Ignition cable pinched or broken
Loosen or replace the ignition
cable
IGNITION SPARK IS ON
FLOW REGULATOR IS
COMPRESSED IN THE "PILOT"
POSITION
BUT THE BURNER FLAME DID
NOT IGNITE
No gas supply Secure the gas supply
Flow controller is not in "PILOT"
position Set the flow regulator on the
"PILOT" position
The flow controller is in the
"PILOT" position but not pressed
Press the flow regulator
The ignition spark is clogged
Contact an authorized service
center
There is air in the gas pipe
Vent the piping by continuously
pressing the flow regulator until
you smell a faint gas odor
THE FLAME IS EXTINGUISHED
WHEN THE FLOW REGULATOR IS
RELEASED
The flow regulator has not been
pressed long enough. Hold the flow regulator pressed
for at least 30 seconds

minutes before setting the flow
regulator to the minimum
