- Refueling only with the engine switched off.
- Place the lawnmower on a level surface, in a stable position, with the fuel cap facing up.
- Clean the fuel tank cap and the surrounding area to prevent dirt from entering during refueling.
- Open the fuel tank cap slowly - any excess pressure in the tank will be released gradually.
- Allow engine to cool before refueling.
- Shake vigorously the fuel container.
– Pour the fuel into the fuel tank using a funnel. Do not fill the tank to the brim.
- After refueling, close the tank properly.
- WARNING!
Immediately clean any traces of fuel that have spilled on the machine or on the ground and do
not start the engine until petrol has completely evaporated.
- Do not start the petrol auger at the same place you refueled it. Make sure that the lawnmower is located
at a sufficient distance from the refueling point (at least 3 m).
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
When not using the lawnmower for longer than 30 days, drain the fuel tank,
start the engine and let it run until the fuel lines and the carburetor are empty (the engine will stop on its
own). This will prevent future engine problems. Before using it again, add fresh fuel into the fuel tank.
OPERATION
Starting the lawnmower
Starting a cold engine
- Pull the start/brake lever towards the handle and
hold it there.
- Then depress the fuel injection pump 3 times.
- Hold the starter cord with your right hand. Pull it
slowly until you feel resistance. Then pull the
starter cord firmly and quickly. Never wrap the
starter cord around your hand.
- WARNING
! Do not pull the starter cord out
completely. Do not release the starter cord if it is pulled out
completely - it may damage the engine of the machine.
Starting warm engine
- To start a warm engine, follow the same procedure as for starting a cold engine. There is no need to press
the fuel injection pump.
- CAUTION:
A small amount of smoke may be emitted when the engine is started up for the first time as the
protective layers in the engine are burnt off. This is completely normal and does not constitute a problem.
Stopping the engine
- To turn off engine release the start/brake lever.
Controlling travel
- The travel is controlled using the travel lever. When the lever is pulled to the handle, the lawnmower will
start moving. To stop, release the lever.
