POSSIBLE FAULTS AND TROUBLESHOOTING:
No Grit Coming Out Of Nozzle
No Abrasives left
Add Abrasives
Blocked Air Jet
Remove and unblock or replace
air jet
Disconnect hose and remove
blockage by blowing out the
pipe
Blockage in Gun
Release foot pedal, remove
nozzle clear blockage and
replace nozzle
Blockage in the base of the
hopper
Blockage in Grit Hose
Remove the fitting and check for
blockages.
If abrasives are muddy consider
purchasing moisture trap.
Blasting Media too coarse or
heavy to be blasted
Change media
