Solvent forms bubbles The sprayed surface dries before the
solvent can evaporate
Apply paint in thinner layers to create
correct evaporation conditions
Use the recommended thinner only

No or low supply quantity, interrupted
or spitting spraying jet
Incorrect needle/nozzle set size Select a correct needle/nozzle set for
the substance used
The nozzle is clogged by dried paint
or damaged
Clean or replace the nozzle
The cup lid is not tightened properly
or the seal is damaged
Tighten the lid or replace the seal
The substance pipe of the cup is clog-
ged by dried paint or damaged
Clean or replace substance pipe
Air supply to the cup clogged For the check: remove the cup (but
not the lid). Pull off and check the
gun to identify if air is escaping from
the non-return valve. Clean or replace
the non-return valve if the air is una-
ble to flow freely.
No or low supply quantity, interrupted

Needle packets not adjusted correct-
ly.
Note: substance loss caused by the
packets impairs substance pressure
and causes material discharge from
the gun housing
Clean the gun body using solvent and
a brush. Adjusting the needle packets

or remove it if the substance is very
viscous
Substance escapes from the sub-
stance nozzle after having released
