Troubleshooting on the non-return valve
We recommend the following if substance is in the
non-return valve.
Non-return valve function test
1. Undo the non-return valve from the air hoses.
2. Unscrew the non-return valve.
3. Pull out and release the valve at the button.
4. Assemble the non-return valve and attach to the air
hoses.
5. Once again run a function test.

Cleaning the non-return valve
1. Complete steps 1 and 2 of the function test.
2. Unscrew the valve from the valve housing.
3. Clean all parts using compatible solvent.
4. Assemble the non-return valve and attach to the air
hoses.
Replacing the needle
Removal
1. Relieve the pressure.
2. Remove the air cap (1).
3. Push the trigger slider (4) into the position to remove
the needle (D).
4. Remove the substance nozzle (2).
5. Pull out the needle (3).
Installation
1. Insert the needle (3).
2. Push in the needle and push the trigger slider (4) to
spraying position (E).
3. Pull back and hold the trigger (5).
4. Attach the substance nozzle (2).
5. Release the trigger.
6. Align the pin on the gun with the slot in the air cap (6).
Attach the air cap (1).
