Spraying technique
Hold the spray gun approx. 10 to 20 cm from the surface. Do not move your arm in an arc. Instead hold the spray gun
at right angles to the surface and move your arm parallel to the surface. Before pulling the trigger, make sure that
the spray gun is already moving; release the trigger while the gun is still in motion. The spray coats must overlap by
approx. 50 %.

Cleaning
Clean the spray gun at the end of each working day or when changing the paint.
1. Clean the container and the outer surfaces of the spray gun with a cloth moistened with a suitable solvent.
2. Tip the coating material from the container back into the original packaging and clean the container with a suitable
solvent.
3. Tip a small quantity of solvent into the container; switch on the spray gun and repeatedly flush until only clean sol-
vent exits the spray gun.
CAUTION: In case of solvent-based solvents, ensure good ventilation; observe the ignition point of the solvent; use
personal protective equipment, set up the turbine at least 6 m from the spray gun.
4. Remove the air cap and nozzle and clean with a soft cleaning brush. Avoid damaging the holes in the air cap.
5. Remove and clean the needle. Make sure there is no paint sticks and dries in the air and/or paint channels, or on the
spray gun. Never immerse the whole spray gun in solvent.
6. Dry all components with a dry cloth. Never leave solvent in the gun.
7. Do not connect the gun to the container to allow the remaining solvent to evaporate and to keep the container seal
elastic.
Maintenance
1. Keep the spray gun clean.
2. Regularly check the air filter pad and folded filter on the turbine; keep clean and replace as needed.
