:
Turn the power off or decrease the amplitude before changing the position of
the WAA Programmer. Do this to prevent possible uncomfortable or
unexpected stimulation.
Notes:
§
The WAA Programmer
must be turned on to increase or decrease the
amplitude.
§
The WAA Programmer
does not need to be placed over the
Stimulator
to change amplitude.
Steps:
1.
Press the “Up” arrow key to increase the amplitude.
2.
Press the “Down” arrow key to decrease the amplitude.
To receive the most effective therapy you will need to adjust your stimulation
throughout the day. Your clinician will provide guidelines about when you may
want to adjust your stimulation. The following table provides general guidelines
on how to adjust your stimulation.
