Technical description
The FXD 20 double pallet stackers are inten-
ded for stacking and double stacking pallets
and/or containers. They allow you to transfer
loads from one place to another and to pick
orders.
Model available:
●
FXD 20: 1200 kg in pallet stacker mode,
2000 kg in double pallet stacker mode
(1000 kg on the forks and 1000 kg on the
load arms) and 2000 kg in pallet truck mode
Features
The ride-on double pallet stacker provides the
operator with good visibility. The operator can
cover long distances safely.
Speed during ride-on driving:

Drive system
The truck drive system comprises:

3,0 kW traction motor
●
LAC (Linde Asynchronous Controller) mi-
croprocessor controller for traction and lift
control
●
ES30–24 steering unit
●
2,2 kW pump unit
Batteries
Power is supplied by:
●
A gel battery or a lead battery The battery
capacity varies between 300 Ah and 500 Ah
●
Or a lithium-ion battery (the truck therefore
has specific characteristics)
They are side access batteries only.
Steering
The ES30–24 electric steering offers driving
precision and easier manoeuvring.
The truck is equipped with a 0,185 kW asyn-
chronous steering motor.
The steering is controlled with a steering
wheel and a control module.
The drive unit is mounted on a turntable.
Steering is provided by an electric geared mo-
tor that positions the turntable.
The steering motor is controlled by a variable
speed transmission. It receives information
from the steering wheel and the wheel angle
position.
The speed of the truck is automatically re-
duced when cornering.
Braking
The truck is equipped with a progressive
brake system and reverse current brake sys-
tems.
Mast
The mast is lifted using the selector located on
the control module.
These masts are equipped with side lift cylin-
ders.
FXD 20 trucks are equipped with the following
masts:

S (standard) masts for heights ranging from
1844 to 2344 mm
●
D (duplex) masts for heights ranging from
1844 to 2344 mm
Driver's compartment
The driver's compartment includes:
●
A steering wheel and a joystick
●
A key switch
●
A display
●
An emergency off switch
●
A seat
●
An operator presence detection device (de-
pending on the version)
●
A truck raising/lowering handle
●
An overhead guard
