7. Commissioning

Thoroughly flush the cold water supply line.

Fill the water heater. Adjust the tap head to the maximum
temperature (turn fully anti-clockwise) and open the draw-
off valve.

Wait until water flows out. Then switch on the water heater.
7.1 Checking the maximum flow rate

Material losses
Observe the maximum permissible flow rate with a fully
opened draw-off valve (see chapter "Specification / Data
table") when using non-pressurised water heaters.

If the flow rate exceeds the stated value when the
tap is fully open, reduce the flow rate using the
restrictor provided; see chapter "Specification / Di-
mensions and connections".
