The printed circuit board inside the control box is provided with push button
switches. The function of the push buttons is described in the next table.
4.6.1
Adjustment procedure
Starting point of the procedure
• Hydraulic units and cylinders completely filled (pre-filled at factory).
• Inclinometer units electrically and mechanically connected.
• Tracks are at same height.
The lift is still in the lowest position. It is always possible to use <MS> and <UP>
push buttons on the circuit board for lifting and <MS> and <DWN> for lowering. Note
that the lift will try to level without being stopped by the safety settings of the system.
When using <MS> and <DWN> (lowering) be sure that all safety catches are
released; it is better first to lift for approx. 1 3/16" (30 mm) with <MS> and <UP>.

Description
Function
MS
Switches MS main safety relay
on.
Enables power to the motors, valves and
solenoids,
even if the lift is outside the
safe limits
.
S1 (+MS)
Slow lowering and unlocking of
lifting device P1.
Activates safety catches lifting device P1
and P3 and lowering valve lifting device P1.
S2 (+MS)
Slow lowering and unlocking of
lifting device P2.
Activates safety catches lifting device P2
and P4 and lowering valve lifting device P2.
S3 (+MS)
Slow lowering and unlocking of
lifting device P3.
Activates safety catches lifting device P1
and P3 and lowering valve lifting device P3.
S4 (+MS)
Slow lowering and unlocking of
lifting device P4.
Activates safety catches lifting device P2
and P4 and lowering valve lifting device P4.
M I
Raise all lifting devices.
Controls the motor relay.

UP+MS
Raise lifting system.
Raise (also beyond the raise and lower end
limiter) and ensures height differences
reduced to 3/8" (10 mm).
DWN+MS
Lower lifting system (preferably
first operate <UP>+<MS>, to be
certain that the unlocking pawls
are released).
Lower (also beyond the raise and lower end
limiter) and ensures height differences
reduced to 3/8" (10 mm).
