1. Attach shelf with screw and wing nut (screw hole facing down) 

2. Lift the shelf to meet the bottom of the bottle 

3. Tighten Wingnut

Using the notch on the supplied wrench, bend the tab on both the 

plunger lever (top) and the foot pedal (bottom),  securing the rod on 

both sides.
