Modo de ahorro de energía
Máximo – Seleccione el modo máximo para dejar que entren
mensajes del adaptador inalámbrico al búfer del access point.
Normal – En modo normal, el adaptador cambiará al modo máximo
automáticamente cuando no hay paquetes grandes que puedan ser
obtenidos.
Off: Desactiva la función de ahorro de energía
Network Type: hay 2 modos de operación:
Infrastructure - Todos los clientes inalámbricos se conectarán a un
Access point o Ruteador inalámbrico.
Ad-Hoc - Conectando directamente a otra computadora, por
comunicación peer to peer, usando una tarjeta de red
inalámbrica en cada computadora como dos o mas tarjetas
inalámbricas COM-879.
En RED infraestructura contiene un Access point o Ruteador
inalámbrico. Todos los dispositivos inalámbricos o clientes se
conectarán al ruteador inalámbrico o access point.
En RED Ad-Hoc contiene solo clientes, como laptops con
adaptador inalámbrico. Todos los adaptadores deben
comunicarse en modo Ad-Hoc.
Modo inalámbrico (wireless mode)
Especifica la operación de 2.4 GHz 300Mbps, 2.4 GHz 54 Mbps o
2.4 GHz 11 Mbps en una red access point. El adaptador inalámbrico
debe coincidir con el modo inalámbrico del access point con
el que está asociado.
Modo inalámbrico cuando se inicia una red Ad Hoc:
Especifica 2.4 GHz 300/54/11 Mbps para iniciar una red
ad hoc si no coincide con el nombre de red después de buscar
por todos los modos disponibles. Este modo también permite
la selección de canal que utiliza el adaptador inalámbrico. Los
canales disponibles dependen del dominio de regulación. Si el
adaptador no encuentra otros adaptadores ad hoc, El canal
seleccionará automáticamente que adapatador empezará en red Ad
hoc. El adaptador inalámbrico debe coincidir con el modo
inalámbrico y el canal del cliente con el que está asociado.
