DRIVER INSTALLATION (XP)
Make sure to install the drivers BEFORE to plug the equipment to the computer.
1.- Place the installation CD into the CD-ROM drive, then open Drivers folder and locates the
file named setup.exe, run it
2.- Press Next to continue in the Welcome window
3.- The installation begins.
4.- Press Finish to conclude the process
5.- You must restart PC.
6.- Once the computer re-booted, plug the capture device into an
available USB 2.0 port in the computer.
7.- The system detects the new hardware, and automatically updates some files.
8.- If you want to check the equipment is correctly installed, open Control Panel, System,
Hardware, Device Manager and Sound devices. Here you can find the option USB 2821
Device and USB EMP Audio Device, this indicates that the device was correctly installed.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
1.- Place the Multimedia Installation Kit into the CD-ROM drive.
2.- Locates and open the AP Software folder.
3.- Run Setup.exe file.
4.- Select lenguage and press Set button to continue in Welcome window
5.- Choose a Destination Location, then press Next to continue.
6.- Installation begins.
7.- It is probable, that computer requires to install Windows Media Format 9, if this message
display, choose Yes to continue
8.- Read License Agreement, then press Yes to continue.
9.- When Windows Media Format 9 process ends, press OK to close the window
10.- After this, read License Agreement to install Windows Media
Services Media Tools; press Yes to continue.
11.- At Welcome window, press Next to continue.
12.- Choose the Complete Installation option, then press Next to continue.
13.- A Warning message may displays, press Accept to continue.
14.- Choose an Installation Directory, then press Finish.
15.- The installation process begins. Once it is completed, press OK to finalize.
16.- Application CD installation ends, press Finish.
HOW TO USE BY FIRST TIME
Make sure to plug and power on a video device before to run the main edition software.
Locates GrabBee file and run it, then you can record real-time videos.

materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box
or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3.- The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as
warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries,
failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper
safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase ticket.
