When servicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts. Follow
instructions in the maintenance section of this manual. Use of
unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions may
create a risk of electric shock or injury.

Assembly:

Your palm sander comes fully assembled. You only need to install the
sandpaper before operation.
1) Make sure that the tool is unplugged and the switch is in the
OFF-POSITION.
2) Then make sure that the plastic base is free of dust and dirt.
3) Open clamps to install sand paper. Slip sand paper on the sander
then close the clamps securing the sand paper to the sander.  

Operation

• Make certain that the work subject is secured firmly and the sander
is not in contact with the work-piece or table.

Start the tool before placing it onto the work-piece this will reduce deep
scratching in the surface of the work piece.
• Before plug in the tool, make sure that the switch is in the OFF-position.
• To turn on the tool, press the On/Off switch to the “ON” position.
• To turn off the tool, press the On/Off switch to the “OFF” position.
