Apply pressure on chair.

Pry mechanism out with a screwdriver.

Replace new seat cushion.

If only replacing outer seat shell, remove
cushion using 6 screws and reassemble with new
outside shell.

Reconnect cable. Replace panels and cowl.
Replace chair arms.
