ADJUSTMENTS
4. When blade is parallel to miter slot, tighten all four hex
soc head screws.
5. Recheck blade alignment.
6. Tilt the blade to 45 degrees, and rotate the saw blade
by hand. Make sure the blade does not contact the
table
insert.
BEVEL ARROW ADJUSTMENT
1. Make certain that the blade is at 90-degrees to the
table surface with a combination square.
2. Check that the bevel arrow is pointing to the zer degree
mark on the bevel scale located on the front
of the cabinet.
3. To adjust arrow, loosen the Phillips head screw (A),
and reposition the bevel arrow and tighten screw.
POLY-V BELT ASSEMBLY
1. Loosen 6 of M5x10mm cross pan head tap screws (A)
and remove the cabinet access door. SEE FIG. 37
2. Install the belt on the Arbor Pulley and raise motor
by loosing 1 of the motor mounting bolts (B) and nuts
(C) to reach the belt distance for assembling the belt
on the motor Pulley. SEE FIG. 38 & FIG. 39
3. Replace the cabinet access door.
