Troubleshooting

turn on

Please verify:
That all of the power
connections are firmly
connected (Ripple Maker
socket, power source socket,
wall socket).
The power light is on, both
on the Ripple Maker and the
power supply.

the power supply and the on/off
button is pressed.
The power light is on, both on the

The pod is properly placed (as
shown in Section 8.1).
The Ripple Maker’s lid is closed.

Press the power button to
turn the Ripple Maker off.
Clean the screen with
dry paper, make sure no
water drops are on it.
Press the power button
to turn the Ripple Maker
back on.

Make sure that the supplied Wi-Fi
dongle is connected properly and
its blue light is flashing. Only the
supplied Wi-Fi dongle will work with
the Ripple Maker.
Make sure that the Ripple Maker is
connected to your local Wi-Fi network.
Press the power button to turn the
Ripple Maker off.
Press the power button to turn the
Ripple Maker back on.
