Transportation Instructions 

13.0 

Preparing Lightning for Transport 

 13.1 

Check that the child is correctly strapped in the seat using the 5-point harness. (Check that
the 5-point is properly adjusted)

During transportation, the headrest extension must be fitted.

Remove the following if fitted:

- Work ‘N Play 

- Rain-hood

- Shopping Basket

- Sun Canopy

 Tools and Contents Needed  

 13.2 

Tools required: 

3/16” T-handle

Contents: 

4 Tie down assemblies that include

- 1 handle threaded clamp

- 1 through clamp

- 4 1/4-20 x 3/4” Socket Head Screws

 CAUTION 

When used as a vehicle seat, the following instructions must be followed.
