1.
Remove OEM back support.
2.
Obtain desired mounting height of Q-Back.
3.
Insert and slightly tighten the four provided m6 screws with washers into adapter plate.
4.
Properly align back and fully tighten fastener. (Torque Spec: 77in-lbs/8.7N-m)
5.
Install Q-Back cushion/cover top first.
Testing 10.2
After installation of the Q-Back, execute the following test before the wheelchair
is delivered or put into service:
Test Drive
Test Drive
Perform a test drive with the wheelchair.
Check that the Q-Back is firmly attached to the chair and that no part of it seems loose.
WARNING
Protect all backs from blunt forces that may cause damage and/or breakage.
CAUTION
If you are able to fold the back canes, the back should be in the folded position
when transporting the wheelchair, especially before loading for air travel.
