Vacuuming
•
The inside diameter of the vacuum nozzle (13) is 40 mm. Insert an appropriatesized
tube into the vacuum nozzle.
•
Connect your router with the vacuum nozzle to a household vacuum cleaner or to a
dust-extracting apparatus.
•
Through this, you attain an optimal vacuuming on your work piece. The advantage: you
improve your machine as well as your own health. In addition, your work space stays
cleaner and safer.
•
While working, existing dust can be dangerous ( Safety advice). The vacuum cleaner
used for the vacuuming must be intended for the material being worked on.
Remember that health-hazardous materials, such as asbestos, may not be used.
•
In the industrial use of the machine, special regulations apply for vacuuming
mechanisms. Check the requirements with your professional association if necessary.
Mould cutter selection
•
In this router, the mould cutter can be replaced by the following mould cutters: 6 mm,
8 mm,12 mm
•
Most mould cutters can be found in these sizes. You can also use mould cutters out of
the following material, among other things:
HSS: Softwoods designated for working
TCT: Hardwoods, flake board, plastic, and aluminumdesignated for working
•
Choose the appropriate mould cutter for your work. The following table shows which
