7 Troubleshooting
In the following we list a few common problems that may occur during operation. We give you
some suggestions for easy troubleshooting:
Symptom Remedy
No sound 1. Is the main switch of the device in ON position?
2. Check the power supply. Try replacing the external power supply by a
working one with the same specifications.
3. Check whether the headphones or external speakers are correctly connected.
4. Check the device's volume.
Pedal does not work Make sure that it's plugged in correctly.
[POWER] LED does not light 1. Is the main switch of the device in ON position?
2. Check the power supply. Try replacing the external power supply by a
working one with the same specifications.
