• Composite Video or S-Video Cable x 1
• VGA Video Display Device x 1
• VGA Cable x 1
• USB Power Source x 1

Installation and Operation

1.  Ensure all of your 

Devices

 are powered off.

2.  Determine if you are using a 

Composite

 or 

S-Video Source Device

. Toggle the 

Video Input Selection Switch

 to match your 

Source Device 

video signal.

3.  Connect a 

Composite Video Cable

 to the 

Composite Video Input Port

Or  
Connect an

 S-Video Cable

 to the 

S-Video Input Port

4.  Connect the other end of the 

Composite Video Cable

 to the 

Composite Video 

Source Device

Or  
Connect the other end of the 

S-Video Cable

 to the 

S-Video Source Device

5.  Connect a 

VGA Cable

 to the 

VGA Output Port

 on the 

Video Converter

.

6.  Connect the other end of the 

VGA Cable

 to the 

VGA Video Source Device

.

7.  Connect the 

USB-A to USB Mini Cable

 to an available 

USB

 

Power Source

 and to 

the 

Power Port

.

8.  Select the output resolution by pressing the 

Resolution Selection Button

 until the 

desired resolution is met. Each time you press the 

Resolution Selection Button

 the 

new resolution settings will appear on the 

On Screen Display (OSD)

 in the upper 

right-hand corner of the screen.
