Upper Pole
and into the
Adjustment Holes
on the
Extension Pole

Screw one
Nut
onto the end of each of the
Bolts
and use the
Wrench
to hold the
Nuts
in place while using the
Hex Key
to tighten the
Bolts

Retainer Nut
and loosen the
other two
Nuts
on the
Horizontal Bracket
