Electrical Connections 

MVR systems are powered by two “brick” type AC 
adapters, one for the metrology unit (19.5 Vdc out-
put) and one for the all-in-one PC (24 Vdc output). 
Both accept 100/240 Vac power for worldwide use. 
The maximum combined current draw is 3.6A at 
120 Vac or 1.8A at 240 Vac. Verify that the power 
outlet is rated for at least these currents.  

The adapters are normally placed on the floor. 
Before doing so, verify that the floor will never  
be flooded or hosed down for cleaning. If there is 
danger of contact with water on the floor, place the 
adapters in a higher, protected location.
