BEFORE FIRST USE 

Read the instructions before use

NOTE: 

During first use of the appliance, smoke and/or a slight odour may occur from the 

appliance. This is normal and will quickly disappear. It will not recur after appliance has 
been used a few more times.

A.  Remove the unit and lever from the package.

B.  Wash the lever with a damp cloth and dry thoughly, securely place by pressing  

all around.

C.  Clean the can opener housing with a soft, damp cloth and dry completely. 

TO ASSEMBLE

A.  Attach lever to the can opener by inserting the rounded end of the lever in the 

housing and push it to affix it. (see Fig.1)

B.  Press the lever downwards so that the blade pierces the cover and cutting begins. 

The lid of the can will be held by the magnetic lid holder. (see Fig. 2)

     

TO USE

1. 

Connect to the power source.

2. 

Position the can so that its rim is under the can pin guide and press the lever 
downwards so that the blade pierces the cover and cutting begins.  The lid of the 
can will be held by the magnetic lid holder. (see Fig. 3)

3. 

The geared wheel will allow the can to rotate and the blade will cut the can lid 
open. Because of the hands-free feature, it is not necessary to hold lever down or 
support the can during cutting.  

NOTE: 

The dimensions for a can should between 5 cm to 10 cm (2 inches to 4 

inches) in diameter. The height should not exceed 14 cm or 5 inches. If total weight 
of the can is over 510 g or 1.1 lbs, it is necessary to press and hold the can opener to 
avoid overturning.
