Logo Store Utility
Introduction
l
This utility enables you to print logos on a receipt.
This utility supports the following logo data formats.
∙ BMP (*Index color mode is not supported.)
∙ JPEG (supporting 24-bit color mode)
∙ PCX (supporting 1-bit monochrome mode)
Note: Logo data shall not exceed 384 pixels in width x 2400 pixels in height.
Logo data exceeding this size cannot be properly stored.

This manual supports the Star Mobile Logo Store Utility version 2.0 or later.

The following table shows compatible printer models and their firmware versions:
Compatible Model Firmware Version
SM-S200 series Version 1.1 or later
SM-S220 series Version 1.0 or later
SM-S300 series Version 1.1 or later
SM-S400 series Version 1.1 or later
SM-T300 series Version 1.1 or later
SM-T400 series Version 2.4 or later

The logo store utility supports the following Windows OS versions:

Windows XP (Service Pack 3 or later)

Windows Vista 32-bit and 64-bit

Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit

Windows 8 32-bit and 64-bit ( Except Windows RT )

When using Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 :
Administrator privilege is required to execute this utility.

You can use this logo store utility uncompressing the file in any folder you like

To use this utility, connect the dedicated RS-232C cable that came with the printer.
