Suction Hose Accessory
(
Not included, available separately)
The suction hose allows you to draw clean water directly
from a bucket, lake, river or stream. The water must be
fresh and clean.
The length of the suction hose is 1.5m, so if required you
will need to position the pressure washer closer to the
clean water source.
To use the suction hose;
1. Remove the garden fitting, keep safe as you will need
to re-install when using the mains water and garden
hose.
2. Remove the white inlet filter, keep safe as you will
need to re-install when using the mains water and
garden fitting.
3. Push the suction hose into the water inlet on the pump
and tighten the nut fully.
NOTE: Do not cross thread the nut as this is
not covered under warranty.
4. Place the suction filter into the clean fresh water
supply. This would either be a bucket, river, stream
or lake.
5. Ensure the filter is fully submerged and not in the sand.
Suction filter may need to be raised off the stream bed
to ensure it does not suck in any dirt.
6. Loosen 1 – 2 turns the suction knob, Pic. 21.
7. Start motor as per page 15.
8. Once water starts to come out of the suction tube,
squeeze the trigger on the gun to get water flowing.
9. Tighten fully the suction knob, Pic. 21.
10. Continue to follow the guide on page 15.
Cleaning
After every use clean the suction hose and filter in
