Instructions:

1. Remove all components from the box and verify all parts are included as shown in

Figure 1.

2. Use the Allen Head Wrench to attach the CONNECTION TUBE to the BASE

TUBES using the SHORT BOLTS and WASHERS as shown in Figure 2 and Figure
3.
