INSTALLATION
•
After unpacking, make sure that the stove has no visible damage. If the stove has been damaged during transport, it
must not be connected!
•
The stove should be set on a hard surface in a dedicated room complying with the provisions of the construction
law.
•
Should the stove be placed near the wall, the minimum distance should be:
- from non-combustible walls as per setting capabilities,
- from protected walls, i.e. wall of flammable material, but plastered or secured in an equivalent manner, no less
than 30cm
- from unprotected walls i.e. walls of wood or other combustible materials, at least 60cm
•
Then level the surface of the heating plates with adjustable legs.
In addition, pay special attention to such positioning of the stove in the room, as to guarantee the supply of
combustion air and remove flue gases without any interference.
CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTION TO THE GAS NETWORK:
The room where you intend to install gas appliances should meet the conditions of construction safety (Regulation
MGPIB of 14.12.1994.)
They must have a height of at least 2.2m and ventilation to ensure air exchange above restaurant-type gas appliances
with flue into the room, should have hoods discharging the exhaust gas to the flues, and for equipment with thermal
power greater than 30kW, install sensors to turn off the device in the case of the lack of chimney draft.
(Dz. Ustaw No. 75 of 12.04.2002. item 690 § 174 par. 10)
The stove should be set in a place that allows easy access, away from flammable objects and walls.
•
Suitable kitchen space should satisfy the following relationship:
stove power (W) / (divided by) room volume (m
3
) < 930W/m
3
.
•
Stoves adapted to burn propane-butane cannot be installed below ground level (e.g. basements) and also there
cannot be more than two 11 kg cylinders of propane-butane in a room.
•
Cylinders should be placed at least 1.5 m from heat radiating equipment (radiators, stoves, etc.) with the exception
of a set with cylinder lockers.
Warning:
If the device has a compartment for a gas cylinder, this compartment should be designed to fit only one
cylinder with a maximum capacity of 20kg. The total heat load of the appliance (total load of all burners) should
not exceed 12kW.
•
Cylinders must not be placed in the vicinity of other equipment causing sparks.
•
Cylinders must be placed in an upright position and protected against impact, falling over, accidental
displacement.
•
The temperature in the rooms where cylinders are installed must not exceed 35
o
C.
The stove can be connected to a propane-butane cylinder or gas installation only by a person authorized to
perform installation services. Adaptations of the stove to another type of gas must be carried out by an
authorized fitter.
LPG stoves should be connected to a hose (hose for propane-butane with safety mark "B") via seamless steel tubing
with a length of at least 50cm. The hose should be secured with clamps at both ends to prevent it from sliding. Hose
length cannot be less than 1.2m and cannot be greater than 3.0m. A propane-butane cylinder (B/P) must be equipped
with a gas pressure regulator up to 3.7kPa
Stoves running on natural gas (E) should be connected to the gas network inside the building rigidly
or by means of flexible metal hoses with an updated safety mark. You should use pipe unions and ½" seamless pipes.
The stove has a connection spigot with a ½" R thread.
