devices of the same model may be stacked in a pile.  Do not put any other heavier packages on top of the pile of coffee 

machines packed in boxes.

 

During transport and handling the device may be exposed to temperatures below 0°C. Please make sure that the service 

personnel has emptied the boiler and the water supply and discharge pipes. The unit is delivered from the factory with 

an empty boiler, water supply and discharge pipes.

 

To ensure trouble-free operation of the device, only use spare parts and accessories authorized by the manufacturer.

2.  PRECAUTIONS

 

Before performing any maintenance activities and/or moving the device, disconnect the machine from the power supply 

and wait for it to cool down.

 

Do not place any vessels containing liquids on the device.

 

Do not clean the device using pressure washers.

 

Do not immerse the device, its power cord or the plug in water, as this could cause electric shock.

 

Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device or the dispensing elements.

 

Do not touch the device with wet hands.

 

Do not operate the device if any of its parts are wet (except for the dispensing elements).

 

Place the machine out of the reach of children.

 

This coffee machine can be operated by children over the age of 8 years old, by people with limited mental or physical 

capacity or with limited perception capacity, and by persons without the appropriate experience and knowledge regar-

ding the proper use of the device, only if they are under the supervision of persons who have been trained in the opera-

tion of the device and if the persons operating the device received instruction concerning the safe use of the device and 

understand the risks involved with its use.  

 

Do not entrust the cleaning or maintenance of the device to children.

 

Do not use the device if it has been damaged, if the power cord or plug is damaged or if the device fell on the floor.

 

Do not cover or block the ventilation holes of the device with cloths or other objects. Do not insert any foreign objects 

into the ventilation holes. 

 

Check the drainage system regularly to make sure that water is emptied properly.

3.  STRUCTURE

3.1. Purpose of the device

 

The coffee machine described in this instruction manual has been designed and manufactured for the preparation of 

espresso coffee and other hot beverages, e.g. for steaming and frothing milk. Do not use this device for any other purpose.

 

The device is intended for the preparation of food products by a qualified and properly trained personnel.

 

This device is not intended for use in industrial kitchens, kitchens in households or similar places.

 

The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage and injury to people and damage of equipment resulting from the use 

of the product which is incorrect, inconsistent with intended purpose and from negligent use by persons without suitable 

qualifications and appropriate training in its operation.

 

In order to ensure the optimal performance of the device, it should be installed in a place where the following parameters 

will not be exceeded:

- Maximum permissible inlet water pressure: 600 KPa (6 Bar)

- Minimum permissible inlet water pressure: 200 KPa (2 Bar)

- Maximum inlet water temperature: 40°C

- Ambient temperature b 10°C (minimum) and + 40°C (maximum).
