Please observe the following, among others, when project planning the use of the earth
conductor bushing Series 8195.
• Only use the earth conductor bushing for enclosures approved for the type
of protection "Ex e" and "Ex i".
• Define the required thread size by using the possible cable diameter range of the earth
conductor bushing.
• Adjust the cable diameter using the clamping range of the earth conductor bushing and
the respective connection thread.
• Check, if the connection thread of the earth conductor bushing is sufficient for the
range of requirements.
