maintenance and cleaning
• remove the plug from the wall socket and let the appliance cool down
before cleaning.
• Pull the filter out, rinse in warm water removing any scale by means of a
gentle brush. refitting is the reverse of removal.
• use a soft moist tissue cloth to clean the exterior of the kettle and then
rub dry.
Warning!
never immerse the kettle, the base unit as well as mains cord and the plug
in water or any other liquid.
cleansing of the plate, Which coVers the heating
element
the kettle has a covered heating element, which does not suffer corrosion.
in some time crust in the form of stains, resembling rust, may form on the
plate, which covers the heating element. We draw your attention to the
fact, that it is not rust! the crust can be removed with special cleaning
substances. after cleansing with such means the kettle must be washed
thoroughly with clean water.
