Deactivate Dual Watch
1. Push the
MENU
key eleven times:
DCM
and the number of your
preferred channel are flashing.
2. Select the
DCM oF
by means of the
s
key.
3. Validate by means of the
PTT
key.
DCM
is no longer displayed.
Key lock
As a protection against faulty operation you can lock the keyboard
(with the exception of the
PTT
and call tone key).
Activate key lock
Push the
MENU
key for 3 sec., the
symbol is displayed.
Deactivate key lock
Push the
MENU
key for 3 sec., the
symbol is no longer displayed.
Display lighting
A short stroke on the
MENU
key or
s
or
t
key activates the display
lighting for approx. 5 sec.
Stop watch function
The radio set is equipped with an integrated stop watch. You may stop
the time measurement and let it continue again or you may reset to
zero and start anew.
Activate the stop watch
1. Push the
CALL
key for 3 sec.
2. Start the time measurement by means of the
s
key.
The
s
key stops the time measurement, with a second stroke it con-
tinues. The
t
key resets the stop watch to 00.
Deactivate the stop watch
Push the
CALL
key for 3 sec., the display returns to normal mode
