Google speech ASR Key generation
The Google Speech APIs require a key to access the web-based service. You need a Google account to
complete the procedure and access the service.
To generate a key:

Step 1.
Login with your own Google account.
Step 2.
Subscribe to Chromium-dev at
https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/
chromium-dev

Step 3.
Write “Chromium-dev” in the search box, and select the appropriate group.
