Product Description 

The St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller application 
(Model 3875) allows you to view, select, and control 

the programs that your physician has prescribed. The 
St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller communicates 
wirelessly with the generator. 

NOTE: Do not install additional applications 

on the St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller. 
Contact St. Jude Medical before upgrading 
the iOS™ software on your device. After 
upgrading, make sure you download the 

latest St. Jude Medical™ Patient Controller 
app from the Public App store. (iOS™ is a 
trademark of Cisco Technology, Inc.)
