Step 7:
Orient and Align the Engine Guard (1), in-line
with the Mounting Points in the Bracketry.
Slide-in Washer M8 (4) – 3 off and Countersunk
screw M8 x 25 (5) – 3 off and secure the
threads on the Countersunk screws using Nut
M8 (6) – 3 off.
Step 8:
Slide-in Countersunk screw M5 x 35 (6) – 1 off,
Washer M5 (11) – 1 off, and Bush (9) – 1 off and
secure the threads to the mounting point, as
shown.
Step 9:
Ensure Visual Orientation, and No fouling of
the Inside surfaces of the Engine Guard with
other parts of the Motorbike Under
chassis/Crank case/ Muffler and tighten the
mounting fasteners to the torque, as per
specifications in the BOM table.
