STEP 4
: System offset is displayed on the right side of the screen and should read b35
and +40 pounds. Use a fine blade screwdriver to adjust Offset Potentiometer (R13).
STEP 5:
When in CAL mode, press the “
ZERO
” button to zero the display.
STEP 6
: Center a known calibrated weight, traceable to NIST, on the stretcher and compare to
display reading.
STEP 7
: Adjust the reading, using the “+” or “-” buttons to match the weight. Display should be
within 0.1% of the calibrated weight. See Calibration Tolerance Table.
STEP 8
: Remove the weight and re-zero. Repeat steps 5, 6, and 7 until correct.
STEP 9
: When settings are completed: Press the “
HOLD
” button to SAVE the settings or press
the “
WEIGH
” button to CANCEL. Both choices will EXIT the CAL mode.
