Hold the grinder head and insert it in the inlet with one hand (1), then turn it anti-clockwise (2).

Place the feed screw into the grinder head; long
end first, by turning it slightly until it set into the
grinder body.

Position the desired grinding plate onto the feed
screw spindle. Locate the lugs on either side of
the grinding plate into the two slots of the grind-
ing head.

Position the hexagonal hole in the cutter onto the
hexagonal end of the feed screw. The cutter has
a rounded side and a sharpened side. The shar-
pened side must face outwards (away from the
feed screw).

Screw the securing ring firmly onto the grinding
head. Do not over tighten. Slot the feed tray into
the grinding head. Insert the food pusher into the
opening of the grinding head.
