Assembly: Connect & Secure
1. Pump Hose and Duck Bill to Tank
A. Slide screw cap over end of hose and press hose barb inside hose.
B. Using end of hose with hose barb, press duck bill into place inside of tank fitting,
then install small “o” ring between hose barb & duck bill. Tighten screw cap by
hand.
2. Pump Hose to Pump
C. Slide screw cap over hose.
D. Insert hose into pump fitting and tighten screw cap by hand.
3. Setting Pump Inside Pump Housing
E. Unscrew pump handle from pump and set pump inside pump housing.
F. Then slide pump handle through opening on pump housing and screw pump
handle to pump.
4. Securing Pump Housing
G. Thread 14” ties through 2 small holes located at each end of pump housing.
H. Rest pump housing, with pump inside, on the side of blower tubing.
I. Place pump hose through slot on pump housing.
J. Wrap ties around blower tubing, connect ends and fasten tightly.
5. Flow Control Hose to Tank
K. Slide screw cap over hose
L. Insert siphon tube into hose barb at end of hose and tighten screw cap to tank by
hand.
6. Hose to Flow Control Wand
M. Slide screw cap over hose.
N. Insert hose into flow control fitting and tighten screw cap.
7. Wand Tubing to Flow Control Nozzle
O. Slide screw cap over flow control tubing.
P. Push spray nozzle into flow control tubing until it stops, then tighten screw cap by
hand.
8. Securing Wand Holder to Blower Tubing
Q. Thread 14” ties through 2 small holes located at each end of wand holder.
R. Place wand holder on top of blower tubing right below blower tubing handle.
S. Wrap ties around tubing, connect ends and fasten tightly.
