Safety Precautions
For safe operation of your Zūm BT Prestige Headset™ or Zūm Prestige
Combo™, please follow the guidelines below.
• Follow the operating instructions in this manual.
• Do not expose the equipment to extreme temperatures or high relative
humidity and protect it from direct sunlight and dusty conditions.
• Clean the equipment with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use any solvents or
harsh cleansers.
• Connect only approved accessories.
• Dispose of the headset according to the applicable local laws (not in
household waste). We assume no liability for damage caused by using the
equipment for unintended purposes.
Battery Safety Precautions
• Do not burn, disassemble, mutilate, or puncture. Like other batteries of this
type, toxic materials could be released which can cause injury.
• Do not dispose of the headset in a fire; the battery may explode. If damaged,
the battery may explode.
Setting up the Zūm BT Prestige Headset™/ Zūm Prestige Combo™
1. Charge before using. Place the headset in the base for charging. Plug the
micro-USB end into the base and the USB end into a charging source.
2. You can also charge the headset directly by plugging the micro-USB
into the port on the headset and the USB into a charging source, such
as a laptop.
