Charging the Headset
Both the Headset and Base Station contain batteries.
Before you can use them, you must charge them.
Headset: Plug the Micro-USB end of the cable into
the Headset port and the other end to a USB Charger
adapter, such as wall outlet, car charger, or Computer
USB port. The red LED will be on. The LED will switch to
blue once charging is complete, which is about 2 hours.
Base Station: Plug the Micro-USB end of the cable into
the Base Station and the other end to a USB Charger
adapter, such as wall outlet, car charger, or Computer
USB port. Once the Base Station is charged, you can use
it to charge the Headset. Or you can just leave the Base
Station plugged in and always recharge the Headset in
the base.
Note: You should charge the headset at least every 2
months even if you’re not using it.
Setup
Pairing with a Bluetooth
®
Device
First, make sure that Your device, smart phone or Mac/
PC, has
Bluetooth
® functionality. Activate the
Bluetooth
®
function on your device.
Turning on your headset
1. To power on, press the Multifunction Button (MFB)
for at least 1-3 seconds (for location of the button,
see item 6 on the diagram on ii). The LED (item 2) will
alternately flash red and blue, which indicates the
headset is in pairing mode.
2. On your device, search for
Bluetooth
® devices. You
should see
ZūMBT
when you select
Discover
or
Add
on your device. Select
ZūMBT
to begin pairing. You
