WHICH MUSCLE GROUPS WILL BE USED?
If you train on our stepper without a pull strap, mainly your leg and buttock muscles get into shape. With workouts that
involve stepping, and you use the pull straps, your buttocks, legs, arms and shoulder are strengthened. In exercises
where you decide not to stepp but still use the pull straps, your arm and shoulder muscles will be strengthened.
BODY POSTURE DURING TRAINING
Please ensure that your body is in an upright, straight posture during all exercises. Be aware of the fact that it is very
unfavourable if a hollow cross is formed at your back. This is to be avoided. So if you are stepping, make sure that the
pedal-arm stoppers or pedal cushioning do not touch the frame. For this reason, you should always distribute the load
from one leg to the other, just before you touch it. It is also a relief if you slightly bend your arms, and then move to the
rhythm of your stepping exercise in front of your upper body.
STEP MOTION DURING EXERCISES
Depending on how you design your training, our stepper will react.
RESISTANCE SYSTEM DURING TRAINING
Depending on the speed you select, our stepper will adapt.
With the adjusting screw on the bottom you can influence the intensity of the training. The resistance and the step height
adjust from low to high. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to increase the resistance.
