Follow these instructions carefully please, and your pull-up bar will be ready for trai-
ning within about just 5 minutes.
Solid walls made of bricks, stone or concrete, or solid wood doorframes, are resilient and provide
the KS260 with a very good support. Such frames are generally perfectly suited for attaching a pull-
up bar and the associated brackets.
Lighter building materials, such as highly porous brick or aerated concrete, are not suitable. These
would not stand the load, and the brackets would rip out.
Before use, you should carefully clean your door frame with a dry cloth without using detergents.
Step 1
Prior to installation, look for a suitable stable doorframe.
After unpacking the device, the pull-up bar can be brought to the desired length by
sliding both ends of the center bar outwards and unscrewing the telescopic bars at
both ends.
